Educational only—not birth control. Irregular cycles need ovulation kits, BBT, or your clinician.
Peak day = LMP + (cycle − 14). Conception window peak −2…+3; ovulation window ±2; best intercourse peak −5…+2; test ≈ peak +9 days.
Conception Calculator: Fertile Days & 6-Cycle Outlook
How to use
- Enter cycle day 1 (first day of last menstrual bleeding).
- Set average cycle length (22–45 days).
- Results refresh as you edit; use Save to copy the tables.
What math we use
Ovulation peak ≈ LMP + (cycle − 14). Most probable conception: peak −2 through peak +3. Ovulation window: peak ±2. Best intercourse: peak −5 through peak +2. Pregnancy test date ≈ peak +9. Due date uses the same 280-day LMP rule as our due-date calculator (with cycle-length adjustment).
Guide
What this tool estimates
A conception calculator estimates the days you are most likely to conceive, your ovulation window, ideal timing for intercourse, a rough day for an early pregnancy test, your next period, and a due date if you become pregnant—based on the first day of your last period and average cycle length. The layout matches tools such as https://www.calculator.net/conception-calculator.html: a summary table beside a calendar and a six-cycle projection with a conception window column.
It assumes fairly regular cycles. It is not a substitute for contraception or for medical advice when cycles are irregular or you are undergoing fertility treatment.
Notes
Fertile window
Sperm may survive several days before ovulation, which is why the “best intercourse” range starts before the peak day.
Limitations
- Not for avoiding pregnancy (not birth control).
- Does not replace ovulation tests or care for PCOS, thyroid issues, or fertility treatment.
FAQ
Difference from the ovulation calculator?
This page uses a wider “most probable conception” band (through the day after the ovulation window), intercourse through peak +2, and test timing at peak +9 to mirror the common conception-calculator layout.
